 This school extension project was completed in 2024 with a contract value of €1 million. The works involved the construction of a substantial extension to the existing school building, providing two new resource rooms, a staff room, two offices, a new entrance lobby, toilet facilities, and connecting corridor access. The development significantly enhanced the school's educational and administrative accommodation while improving accessibility and the overall learning environment for students and staff. 

 This car park extension project was completed in 2022 with a contract value of €200,000. The works involved the expansion and reconfiguration of the existing parking facilities,  to improve vehicular circulation, increase parking capacity, and enhance safety for students, staff, and visitors. The project included associated site development works, such as drainage infrastructure, road markings, lighting, and landscaping. 

  This community centre extension project was completed in 2020 with a contract value of €150,000. The works involved the construction of a new extension and associated refurbishment works to improve the functionality and accessibility of the existing facility. The project provided additional accommodation and upgraded amenities, enhancing the centre's capacity to support community and recreational activities. 

 This major educational development was completed in 2006/07 with a contract value of €7.8 million. The project involved the construction of a large secondary school facility in Athlone, delivering high-quality learning environments to the highest standards and specifications.

 Completed in 2005/06 with a contract value of €3.8 million, this project involved the construction of a modern Toyota car showroom in Athlone. The development delivered a high-spec commercial facility designed to meet the specific requirements of a main dealership operation. 

 This hotel refurbishment and extension project was completed in 2004/05 with a contract value of €5.4 million. The works involved a significant upgrade and expansion of the existing property, enhancing both the guest facilities and the overall scale of the hotel. 

 Completed in 2001/02 with a contract value of €1.4 million, this project involved the construction of a modern convenience store facility in Athlone, delivering a quality retail environment finished to a high standard. 

  Completed in 2000/01 with a contract value of €760,000, this project involved the full refurbishment of one of Athlone's most prominent cultural venues. The works required careful attention to detail to preserve the character of the theatre while upgrading it to a modern standard. 

 This prestigious lakeside hotel project was delivered across two phases between 1992 and 1994, with a combined contract value of €3.2 million. The works involved the construction of a high-quality hospitality facility on the shores of Lough Ree, demonstrating our capability in delivering large-scale hotel projects to an exceptional standard.
